on the other notes, did you see the exchange rate yesterday? USD1.00=RM3.21!!! like that matters to me... but living in JB, when the dollar slide, SGD is getting stronger, so, the JBrians are sufferin'... when the chicken prices are lower everywhere due to the surplus, apparently, JB is an exception...

happy belated new year

THREE!!

not one, not two, but THREE new year had passed.
be it GREGORIAN, HIJRI, or LUNAR, my new year resolution is still not in the works. i was too afraid to set any new resolution this year, as everything i planned for the last six months was totally whacked!

so, i'm going to start with the easy one.

Resolution #1- refinancing my 2005 house to get much lower rate (7.2%!!! whose bright idea is this?)
Resolution #2- use this year's bonus to settle personal loan (RM600 monthly payment is soooo not cool)
Resolution #3- no more talks about new car until 2005 house is fully paid (praying hard the car could last that long)

so, wish me luck!

on the news: crude oil prices jump to USD100 today. darn it! i'm still adjusting to my personal inflation rate due to previous 20% increase in oil prices. now, have to be prepared, yet again for another inflation.
It's hard living on single income nowadays.
